This is the top part of this food grater, there is no base, top part only, for replacement part. Works as it should.

Townecraft Stainless Metal Food Grinder Shredder Processor Chopper & 4 Cones. Screw inside black handle is a little rusty. Does not effect operation of handle. This can be seen in the last photo.
